Our focus
ArcticMD Medical Supply was created to give clinics, laboratories, and private practices reliable access to used medical equipment without uncertainty about what they are purchasing. Each listing includes detailed condition notes and clear photographs.
Our inventory is intentionally focused. We maintain a curated selection of NIOX VERO FeNO monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, patient monitors, and stretchers, described using consistent grading criteria and concise technical information.
Condition language we use
Used - Tested items are powered on and checked for basic function. As Is items are powered on only to confirm that they accept power. No calibration or clinical testing is performed on As Is stock.

Return windows by condition
All returns require written approval from ArcticMD before the item is shipped back. Contact us with your order details and a short description of the issue.

General return conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
- All accessories, cables, manuals, and power cords must be included.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless we shipped the wrong item.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Returns that arrive damaged from poor packing may be refused or receive a reduced refund.
Shipping and handling
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after payment clears. Processing time can be longer for large or freight shipments.
Shipping is not charged during online checkout. After we review the order, we will contact you with carrier options and the final shipping cost. Your approval is required before we release the shipment.
You may ask us to use your carrier account or a prepaid label. In that case we will package the item and hand it to your carrier. Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a shipment arrives damaged, keep all packing material and take photos right away. Notify the carrier and ArcticMD within 3 business days so we can support a claim.
Used equipment notice
ArcticMD sells used medical equipment unless the listing clearly states that the item is new. Photos and descriptions reflect the condition at the time of listing.
Devices are not supplied with any claim of current manufacturer warranty or service contract. Buyers are responsible for all calibration, preventive maintenance, software updates, electrical safety checks, and validation required by their facility or local rules.
